This policy covers physical products bought from the PrettyFast online shop at prettyfast.co.za. It does not cover PrettyFast app subscriptions or provider plans, which are handled in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Your right to return
You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. In line with the South African Consumer Protection Act, you also have a 7 business day cooling-off period on goods bought online, and separate rights if an item is defective.
To be eligible, the item must be:
- unused and in the same condition you received it,
- in its original, undamaged packaging with all parts and accessories,
- accompanied by proof of purchase (your order number or receipt).
Items we cannot accept back
For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of skincare, haircare and other personal-care products once they have been opened or used, unless the item is faulty. Sealed, unopened products can be returned within the 14 day window.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping, at no cost to you. Electrical items carry a 6 month warranty against defects under the Consumer Protection Act.
How to start a return
Email hello@prettyfast.co.za with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply within one working day with the return address and next steps. Please do not send anything back before you hear from us.
Return shipping
For a change-of-mind return, you cover the cost of sending the item back to us and we recommend a tracked service. For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, we cover return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original delivery charges are refunded only where the item was faulty, damaged or incorrect.
