Do I have to leave Booksy?
No. Keep your booking system exactly as it is. PrettyFast is another way for South African clients to discover and book you. Run both, see what each one brings you, and decide from there.
Why Pro at R199 and not Starter at R149?
Both include the full online booking system and calendar. Pro adds the parts that actually grow a business: a higher ranking so you show up above other listings, 3 client-care posts a week instead of the weekly pack alone, email marketing with loyalty and rebooking, a team of up to 4, and discounted promotional placements. It is R50 a month more, about R1.65 a day, and it is the plan built for getting found and keeping clients.
I’m a solo nail tech or lash artist. Is this for me?
Yes. Most PrettyFast businesses are solo professionals. A flat R199 is easy to weigh up when you are the whole team, and the free setup means you are not spending your evenings building another profile. You get the same visibility and content tools a salon does.

What is the catch with the free setup?
There is no catch. You send us your business details and photos, we build your PrettyFast profile, and you approve it before it goes live. Then you pick a plan. If you decide it is not for you, you have lost nothing.
Will running two systems confuse my clients?
No. Your PrettyFast page has its own booking button and its own shareable link that you control. Clients who find you on PrettyFast book through PrettyFast. Clients who already use your other system carry on as normal.
Does PrettyFast help me keep clients, not just find them?
Yes, that is the point of the content and retention tools. From Starter you get a weekly marketing pack and an AI content studio. On Pro you get 3 client-care posts a week to keep clients warm between visits, plus branded email marketing, loyalty rewards, and reminders for clients who are overdue a booking, so a new client turns into a regular.
Do I pay commission on bookings?
No. PrettyFast never takes a cut of your service price, on any plan, ever. Clients pay a small R10 booking fee at checkout in the app, which is separate from your earnings and never comes off what you charge. We earn from subscriptions and optional promotional boosts, never from your revenue.
What happens to my information? (POPIA)
We only use the details you send us, and only to build and support your PrettyFast profile. We do not access your Booksy account. You can ask us to correct or delete your details at any time by emailing hello@prettyfast.co.za.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. There is no lock-in. If you cancel, your listing simply drops back to the free plan.
